All products are manufactured in Germany.

Where do the products get shipped from?

All products are packaged and shipped from Germany.

How long will my order take to arrive?

For custom-made items (e.g. book stamp), please allow up to 2 weeks after receiving your photo and details for the design and production before dispatch.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number. Local delivery (within Germany) is typically within 3 working days from dispatch. Abroad deliveries can vary depending on where the order is being shipped to, but orders should hopefully be delivered within 3-14 days. This may vary during particularly busy seasons eg. Christmas.

How is my order being delivered?

We have both standard and tracked shipping options available in Europe. You will be asked to select a shipping option at checkout. If you are based in a location where missing orders / delivery problems are common, please select a tracked option at checkout to ensure safe delivery. Please note that you are responsible for choosing the shipping option and we cannot be held responsible for late or missing orders placed with a standard delivery option

I want something but it’s out of stock

Unless stated as a limited edition, a lot of our products are restocked quite regularly so please check back again.

Can I return a product or get a refund or exchange?

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges as we are a very small, independently-run shop. Please note that all of our products are very clearly described on the site and are all as they are shown in our images. If there is a problem with your order or it appears to be damaged in any way, please do not hesitate to contact us via email and we will do our best to solve the issue.

Why is the shop in €?

We are based in the Euro zone. Please note that the currency automatically converts when you make a payment, whatever your normal currency is.
